HOW IT WORKS
Knowing Isn’t Changing. Men Need Integration. Reading books, listening to podcasts, and going to therapy give men insight. But insight alone won't stop men from shutting down during an argument or blowing up when stressed.

Men need a holistic path that addresses the mind, body, thoughts, emotions, behavior, shame, attachment wounds, and identity so recovery becomes more than behavior control. It becomes a new way of living.

Embodied Integration
Learn to recognize what’s happening in your body before stress becomes anger, shutdown, defensiveness, or escape. Through nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and experiential practices, you’ll build the capacity to stay grounded, present, and intentional even when things get hard.

8-Week Focused Modules
Understand the wounds, beliefs, Shadows of Shame, and masculine expectations that shape how you think, react, and show up.
Each 8-week module focuses deeply on a dimension of mature masculinity so insight becomes integrated lasting change.

I carried massive amounts of shame and harshly criticized myself for everything before I enrolled. I now know how to combat the shame. I learned that I am not alone in the world of harsh self-judgment. The group of men was awesome. They were very supportive, caring.

I learned the value of being vulnerable and making connections. Now I am able to show up for myself. There is a strength and peace that allows me to deal with challenging situations in a more generous and loving way.
Ron P.
I have stabilized my personal and professional relationships, and I am living a life of integrity and trustworthiness. I have regained full cognitive abilities with greater clarity than I've ever had in my life.

“We tell men to communicate better, be more vulnerable, control their anger, build healthier relationships, and know how to handle their emotions, but most men were never actually taught how to do any of that. Authentic Masculinity is about finally learning those tools and becoming the kind of man you want to be.”
